Q417 lead unit has cut off it's train at Belmont and rolls from 2 to 1 at Park under the NEC to head to RG Tower at Eastside Yard for a crew change. About 90 minutes later, the engine retraces it's path and re couples to the train at Belmont where it pulls back down to this spot on track 2 heading for Pavonia Yard.
